The annual Dickens Street Faire, organized with pride by the Old Town Elk Grove Foundation, promises your entire family a delightfully festive experience. Witness Santa’s dramatic rescue by our esteemed fire department. Wander through Old Town, discover local shops, relish live entertainment, explore crafts, vendor booths, and food trucks. The Old Town Plaza will be the center stage for entertainment, free kids’ activities and professional photo opportunities with Santa. At 5:00 p.m., the sun sets, and the vendors will close shop. However, stick around for Christmas carols, and a story with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Please join us for the Christmas Tree Lighting at 6:00 p.m. Santa will flip the switch to illuminate the town’s Christmas tree on Walnut Street.
