A safe, supportive space designed to help youth and families have honest conversations about emotional well-being, mental health, stress, relationships, pressure, identity, and the life challenges facing today’s generation.
Join us on Saturday, October 17th, at the Legacy Center for a day of real conversation, practical tools, encouragement, and professional insight, all guided by trusted wellness facilitators.
This experience is designed for youth ages 13–18, as well as for parents, guardians, church leaders, educators, and caring adults who want to better support young people’s emotional and mental well-being.
