Strauss Festival: Blue Danube Dance

The Strauss Festival is a Free cultural classical music and dance professional performance for 4 days the end of July– 23-26, 2026 in Elk Grove Regional Park.  This all volunteer event features the Camellia Symphony Orchestra, beautiful costumes, dances such as the waltz, quadrille, polka and the “littles”.  Started in 1987, the cast of 90 is all volunteer and they spends months preparing for this event.  There is a small parking charge ($10)for entry into the event site but otherwise blankets and chairs are laid on the ground in order to see the show.  (Please see www.straussfestival.com for full instructions on seating.) This event is unique to Elk Grove and the surrounding Sacramento area.  Come see this amazing performance called “Vienna Once More” this year.  Show times: 7:30 pm. cast promenades around the park, 8:15 p.m. show beings.  Fireworks end the evening for each performance.

ADMISSION INFO

There is no charge to attend the performance and tickets are not required. There is a $10 charge per car to park in Elk Grove Park which goes directly back to the Strauss Festival.
