Presented by Eli Lilly at The Citizen Hotel, Sacramento CA

As you likely know, Alzheimer’s is the third leading cause of death in California — and for too long, diagnosis has come too late.
That is no longer the whole story.
On Tuesday, May 19th at the Citizen Hotel in Sacramento, we are gathering healthcare leaders, medical experts, policy practitioners, and advocates for a pop-up conversation and great reception with crafted cocktails and passed food and treats about how California can further support and benefit from the scientific gains and the work and advocacy of countless caregivers and Alzheimer’s heroes.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Programming runs 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. followed by heavy hors d’oeuvres and a reception.
Steve Clemons of Widehall and The National Interest will engage in stimulating short conversations with:
Dr. Rachel Whitmer, Co-Director of the UC Davis Alzheimer’s Disease Center;
Dr. Lawren VandeVrede, Assistant Professor of Neurology at UCSF; and
Andrew Mendoza, California Government Relations Director at the Alzheimer’s Association.
It’s going to be informative and fun – and we believe, consequential.
