The YMCA is excited to host the Y’s annual Healthy Kids Day® on April 18th from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Sacramento Central YMCA, Rollingwood YMCA, and Yolo County YMCA’s, happening simultaneously at all locations. This free event is designed to celebrate a safe, healthy, and fun start to the summer season!
Healthy Kids Day® offers families the chance to explore a variety of interactive activities that encourage children to move, play, and try new experiences. The goal is to inspire kids to “find their fun” while promoting lifelong physical and mental wellness.
Bring the whole family and discover everything the YMCA has to offer—fun, fitness, and discovery await!
