General Intake Hours:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. or until full.  

Intake Hours for Seniors through Senior Legal Hotline:  Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 pm., 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

After Hours

If you are unable to make phone or in-person appointments during the day due to work, school, disability, or another similar reason, please call LSNC’s evening intake line any time at (866) 815-5990 to leave a message, and someone will return your call within one to two business days. A request for help with an open case must go through your local office during the day. 

Cases we handle

Housing, public benefits, including CalWorks, CalFresh (food stamps), Medi-Cal, General Assistance (GA), Social Security, SSI, unemployment insurance benefits (UIB), and state disability insurance (SDI).

There is free and metered parking on E, F and 12th Streets.  Please pay attention to the signs.
